Not a very reliable location if you get substitutes. When I add sour cream or swap beans for meat, about half the time they get the order wrong. Because I go drive thru, by the time I figure out my order is wrong, I’m long gone and don’t go back to get it corrected.

The employees make this location stand out in a positive way. One of the staff members, Luis, always makes a great impression. In addition to doing his job well, he is sincerely welcoming and gracious to each customer. This particular location stumbled a LOT when it opened a few years ago, but the employees they have now are really making it work.

They give the smallest portions I’ve ever seen at any Taco Bell. I feel like I am bothering the staff every time I go to this location. I live only a mile away to this location but drive 2.5 miles to another Taco Bell instead.

I went to Taco Bell and order a Mexican Pizza with sour cream. The presentation was awful it looked like someone sat on it then serve it. This place is horrible and the girl they have talking on the drive should try pronouncing her words. She talks like her mouth hurts.

Wow, the service was top-notch. I ran in there because I had a minimal amount of time. I said, what's the quickest thing you can fix for me? And he said, this, I said, okay, because you wanted to premier this, I said, yes, and they headed out to me in so quick, it made my headspin. And I went in because there were a lot of cars in mind. And they were so polite and so quick and so accommodating that whole staff needs to be commended

By far, it's the worst taco bell restaurant I've been to. I posted a review before, but it was since deleted, it seems. Funny enough, I got an email from someone claiming to be the store owner, threatening me with violence for posting a review that there was hair in the food. And then my review goes down. Hmmmm. Good thing I disputed the transaction and got my money back so that this business doesn't get a cent out of me. read the other replies to reviews here, and you'll see the only thing the owner cares about is money. Good thing this business is already on its way out.

I just ordered from this location, and when I got home, my food was terrible. I ordered a veggie Mexican pizza with easy cheese, but they didn’t follow my instructions. What bothered me the most was that both my tacos and Mexican pizza were old and stale. It was really frustrating because I had to force myself to eat it since I had already paid. To make things worse, they closed right after I left, so no one was available to answer the phone. I’m very disappointed—they should do a better job of ensuring food quality.
