Let me preface this with i rarely ever write reviews but my experience here prompted me to write this.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Dirty inside and out with staff doing everything to avoid cleaning the tables and floor. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. This would be a 1 star restaurant if the owner wasn’t buying fake reviews.
Just drive 5 minutes to the Northgate one

We don't need a Taco Bell on truxel next to FoodMaxx when we already have a Taco Bell on Northgate boulevard down the street you guys need to restore the Arby's on truxel and bring it back at least there was at one time an Arby's close to Richards boulevard because it was the only one on truxel at that time so please bring back truck sales Arby's please get rid of the Taco Bell I'll just go to jimboy's at least their tacos taste better with Parmesan cheese.

Ordered the chalupa meal and omg the shells tasted old. I couldn’t even eat it. Won’t be coming back here again. I wasted almost 15 for terrible food. Sticking to the Taco Bell on Northgate from now on.

The quality of their food here is horrible! They don’t care I only gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give them zero! If I was a mystery shopper y’all failed completely. You guys would be great if you work on customer service and make sure the quality of your food is good! I’m disappointed today
Ok,this taco bell is terrible. First the cashier doesn't charge me right. I wanted to pay with 2 cards because I still had money on a gift card and she charges the whole thing on the first card. Then later as I'm getting my food out of the bag,my Mexican pizza falls out because they dont know how to close a box. Then later I find a hair next to my burrito. Probably fell into the wrapping or something. Never going to this one again. If yall wanna go to a taco bell go to the one on northgate or just go to chipotle,Way better than this place.Response back to owner: Inaccurate?? Dawg how bout you learn not to have hair fall on your customers' food. Probably got chewbacca working as your employee ??

Update: If the owner had the same energy managing his business as he does replying passive-aggressively to honest Google reviews, maybe this fast food place could have more than 2.5 stars.Dry customer service. They count the sauce packets AND their prices are like 25% higher than non-franchise owned Taco Bells. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I bought a box on my lunch and the chalupa was so hard like a rock idk if it was not cooked or super old and the nachos were so old the tortilla for the burrito wasn’t even warm it was so hard as well it was a horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone I waisted my lunch break on going that place didn’t even
