I regret to report a negative experience with customer service today. When I came to pick up my order approximately 20 minutes ago, the employee at the drive-through window was exceptionally rude and hostile. Her demeanor was unprofessional and her attitude made the interaction deeply unpleasant.

I asked for and paid for extra green sauce and beef. Neither of them were experienced. This is a repeating situation. Also, my points that were suppose to get added to my Taco Bell app were invalid when the receipt was scanned

The worst customer service ever had. Communication is very strained they speak very little English. They turn their online ordering off and won’t accommodate you to order anything from the online exclusive. Would not suggest this restaurant to anyone.If I could give this restaurant a 0 star I would. They turn their online ordering off all the time!

Drive thru orders are wrong 4 out if the 5 times you visit. If you retirate and the employee reads the order back the order is still served incorrect.

Placed online order, I requested hot sauce and did NOT receive not 1 packet. My family loves the hot sauce. They did want want to eat it without it. So if you love your hot sauce, make sure it’s in the bag before you leave.
