Using their kiosk for the first time talk of confusing, we were not offered any help and l tried to get the attention of an employee for help they either didn't hear me or were too busy.

I personally love this Taco Bell. It’s never busy when I go. It’s always fast. Employees are always nice to me. My orders have always been correct and when I get home my food is hot.

South Sacramento is a very dirty town infested with homeless people. I come here to eat because it's clean outside and inside as well .The employees here are very nice .

The manager got horrible customer service . Rude to the customer. No help .idk her name but she need better. Customer service old lady with tattoos on her arm . She crazy no respect ? I add my number to purchase my food n say get food wen ready lady was being werid n didn't wanna help .

Restrooms were disgusting , I asked for the code to the other restroom and they refused to give it to me after wards I opened the door to show her how disgusting it was and she said "i haven't had time to clean it, I have only been in for 2 hours." When they have a sign stating they clean every 30 minutes... I would not recommend eating there due to lack of hygiene , responsibility,and respect

This is probably one of the worst spots in all of south sac, they got a bunch of kids working there with common sense or listening skills, I ordered the street chalupa BOX and girl that took my order WAS NOT listening and charged me for a combo, and when I went inside to correct it she tried to argue with me and say I didnt say what I said, as i am CSR for power market this was extremely rude and unprofessional and I will be contacting corporate

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. There is literally no customer service due to the kiosk you are forced to order from and what service you do get is incredibly slow, as there is only one person preparing the food.

I came in to get lunch with my group of disabled individuals, the staff was patient with them and helped them get their orders taken. Unfortunately while we were here a homeless man stole one of my individuals bags off the table (he was the only other person in the restaurant with us so he was the only one that could have taken it) we didn’t notice until it was too late and he had left with the bag. The staff was very kind and helped us look for it, we didn’t get the bag back but I really appreciated the staff helping us look anyway.
