Using their kiosk for the first time talk of confusing, we were not offered any help and l tried to get the attention of an employee for help they either didn't hear me or were too busy.
I personally love this Taco Bell. It’s never busy when I go. It’s always fast. Employees are always nice to me. My orders have always been correct and when I get home my food is hot.
I came in to get lunch with my group of disabled individuals, the staff was patient with them and helped them get their orders taken. Unfortunately while we were here a homeless man stole one of my individuals bags off the table (he was the only other person in the restaurant with us so he was the only one that could have taken it) we didn’t notice until it was too late and he had left with the bag. The staff was very kind and helped us look for it, we didn’t get the bag back...
