UNCOOKED SEAFOOD! RUDE MANAGER Sarina Chanthanarm! HEALTH SAFETY ISSUE! This is Sunday, my friends came in town for visit and want to try the famous boiling crab. So we stop by night time almost 6, waited about one and half hours for our table which is fine Sunday night always busy. Our server was really nice we got party of five, 4 adults and 1 one year old. We ordered all flavors shrimp total 4lbs, 2lb mussels, 1 lb clam, 4 corns and 1 order sausage and some appetizers. Long story short, 1st we got mussels and clams it's was great only clams got so many empty shells. And then we start to get our bags shrimp, at first I tried the shrimp it tasted funny I thought is that they used cheap shrimp it's not fresh, and with the heavy sauce can't really tell what's wrong with it, then I ate one that's cooked outside and raw inside, I immediately notified our server she took that one bag back said she will get us a new bag while we work on other bags. At this point I'm just really upset, my wife is pregnant and I got one year old might have eaten not fully cooked seafood. The same time we working on other bags and I noticed every bags got some shrimps that's not fully cooked, I called server again to notify manager. While we wait for the manager we got our new bag 1lb shrimp, this time it's cooked, but over cooked. I'm not sure they reused the one they bought it back to cook again or what, the shrimp it's like chewy gum way over cooked. The manager showed up did not even apologize, she just looked at table even don't care I'm trying to show her uncooked shrimp, she said "oh, looks like you guys finished most of it like half way, so we can't do anything at this point, I'll give you 10% off 1 item." You heard that right, "ONE ITEM" which is 1lb shrimp $1.6. I told her it's not about the money, my wife is pregnant and I got one year old toddler can't eat raw seafood they might get sick, not sure how she passed her health safety license. Of course each person grab one shrimp from the 1lb bag its like almost half way through. She just gave a nasty look, it's like not the first time it happened she just doesn't care. At this point I got no mood even to eat anymore also she didn't even offer to recook my food, just ask for check be done the night. I got my bill, she even trying to charge me additional lb shrimp they took back and recooked, now shows I got billed 5lbs shrimp total. If I didn't pay attention to my check she just charge whatever she wants. This is health issues to serve raw seafood to anyone!!!! The lady manager name is Sarina Chanthanarm, not sure it's really her name or not, the server just gave me the business card said this is the manager, I hope she go retake her health safety test to learn how important not to serve customer uncooked food.

This review is for the TO GO order. The only downside to the order was that the phone wasn’t working so I had to go in to place the order and a few peices of the chicken wings were a bit burnt. BUT Neo helped me and was sooooooo kind. Great customer service and got my order done in a timely manner. Definitely will come again. Need more customer service like NEO. Wings that weren’t overly cooked was good despite the flaw.

If I could give it 1 star I would. I ordered snow crab which we never got. I asked 2 ladies 4 different times. They kept saying it was taking longer than expected. 1 hour passed we were done eating. Lady tried to say the camera showed Inñ touched something that looked like a crab. I asked to see the camera. It was a bag with potato and a spoon. Even went to our table to look at all our bags. Finally removed the charge, but couldn't apologize for it. Said she was the general manager.I come here all the time. Waste over $300 and thinks I would ask to remove $30....Never again coming to this place. I rather drive to the bay next time.

Everything was yummy. All of our food came out at different times. If you are craving seafood, it is a good option. Staff was not attentive. We flagged them down for service many times.

Great service ? ‼️Shrimp was not at 100%. The location was packed. I love the way the team coordinates, and everyone worked as a team. Everyone jumps to help each other, and I could literally see the lovely community work environments they have.I expected more. The shrimp was not cooked correctly it was mushy ?.

Apparently there’s a new policy where you cannot buy sauce without buying a lb of seafood or a meat-based entree with fries included. As a vegetarian, this is very disappointing and feels very discriminatory/exclusive, especially when I’ve been buying the sauce by itself for years. Guess my family and I won’t be back for any

The service was top notch. The crab legs looked like straws. The meat was only half of the diameter of the leg and half the length. Never seen that before at other locations. The flavor of the sauce was average and as expected. The crab fries had more crab on them than the legs, seriously! The lemon pepper shrimp was unique and was worth the price. Gotta dig under the shrimp to get to the sauce, but its there and good. I will be trying other places.

Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly, items for them on the menu, but too young and you are likely not able to tend to them because of the spicy goodness on your fingers.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accommodating to those with disabilities.

Unable to eat here due to the wait. We’re told 1.5 hrs and ended up going to the crab place down the street which was great.Great host greeted and wanted to serve. We received a notification 30 mins later that our table was ready, so we may have waited if that was accurate. Next time we are in town though!

Despite the number of empty seats we still had to wait 1 hour to be seated. Half of my party was waiting outside because we had children, and they can't sit still for long doing nothing. We had to bring them inside because you have to have your whole party inside to be on the list. It was a total disaster. If you have small children this is not the place for you, not very family friendly.

Had a great experience loved the food and service. My only complaint is the wait time and they did a bit too much salt. Besides that everything was good.

Have an hour to waste? Look no further. This is the spot.I have no idea how good the food is. Went in an hour before closing, ordered crab fries to go. I was told that i would receive a text when my food was ready, and I never received this text. Waited 40 minutes until the guy who took my order noticed that I hadn't picked up my food, I guess he forgot to send the text. The food was cold. He did apologize and offered to have them remade, but they had already closed the kitchen, so I just took the refund. Management didn't say anything or apologize for the inconvenience. The inside of the place looked nice, so that's a plus, and had sports on the tvs.1 tip I can give is that if you're going to order to go here, order 2 hours before closing, just in case.

The crab fries are really good. Totally worth the price. Margarita and shrimp was also fabulous. The reason for the rating is because I order shrimp and crab. We shared the crab fires and by the time I was 3/4 done with my shrimp I had to ask my server for my crab. She forgot to ring it in. There was no apology or anything. She seemed afraid to come back to the table. She eventually came back and said it was gonna be 7mins before more crab came out; still no apology or explanation. My entire table finished their food before I got my crab. Then my table had to wait for me to eat my crab. Got the bill and the crab wasn’t even comped for her mistake. Was very disappointed in that. My table encouraged me to not make it a thing so we did not get the manager involved, but I just don’t think we’ll be back and figured this review would suffice. I use to be a server so I know the logistics of everything and messing up like that and not apologizing and doing nothing to make up for it is unacceptable customer service. Nice gal, but that doesn’t change the experience when we were celebrating an occasion.
