I'm from the south (Arkansas) and the fish at Flower's is perfection! Can't wait to get back to Cali... that's the 1st spot I'm hitting up!!
The owner opened 30 minutes early to accommodate me. Even though several customers came in after me, she treated us all with patience and customer care.
