This review is for the TO GO order. The only downside to the order was that the phone wasn’t working so I had to go in to place the order and a few peices of the chicken wings were a bit burnt. BUT Neo helped me and was sooooooo kind. Great customer service and got my order done in a timely manner. Definitely will come again. Need more customer service like NEO. Wings that weren’t overly cooked was good despite the flaw.

Ordered two of their salted pepper fried crab. This is similar to their shrimp and asparagus salt/pepper dish. So umami-filled. This dish, with some hot steam rice is a major treat. Gotta get it while we can, and glad we did!

If you check in online prior to arrival you will get seated within the time it states online. The service was good, and the food was excellent. Definitely would come here again in the future when craving sea food.

Meredith was amazing in helping us join the waitlist! The staff were incredible and friendly. The food was delicious! Loved the writing on the designated areas it was full but it certainly did not feel cramped! Will be back again! Only complaint was the parking is annoying but that's not their fault!

If I could give it 1 star I would. I ordered snow crab which we never got. I asked 2 ladies 4 different times. They kept saying it was taking longer than expected. 1 hour passed we were done eating. Lady tried to say the camera showed Inñ touched something that looked like a crab. I asked to see the camera. It was a bag with potato and a spoon. Even went to our table to look at all our bags. Finally removed the charge, but couldn't apologize for it. Said she was the general manager.I come here all the time. Waste over $300 and thinks I would ask to remove $30....Never again coming to this place. I rather drive to the bay next time.

I just want to say that this restaurant lost a party of 12 that's big bucks not to mention gratitude tip. We were looking to celebrate my father in law's birthday after mass in Sacramento and I called to see what the wait time would be . Nancy the person that answer the phone immediately turn me down once I told her that I had a party of 12 . She said that the wait time was 1 hour and she couldn't add me to the waitlist since I was a large party! I had to go in person add myself then wait an hour from that point on ! Then she emphasized how after being sat it would be an additional 1 hour to eat because of my large party ! So discrimination against my large party ! Bottom line if you plan to celebrate with a large party this is not your place !

Everything was yummy. All of our food came out at different times. If you are craving seafood, it is a good option. Staff was not attentive. We flagged them down for service many times.

Great service ? ‼️Shrimp was not at 100%. The location was packed. I love the way the team coordinates, and everyone worked as a team. Everyone jumps to help each other, and I could literally see the lovely community work environments they have.I expected more. The shrimp was not cooked correctly it was mushy ?.

Food was okay. Ordered a 1lb of mussels for roughly $14. I didnt mind the price until my order came. The mussels come with both sides of the shell so it weighs more, meaning you get less mussels. Not to mention, the mussels were super tiny. Bottom line: DONT ORDER THEIR MUSSELS

My father went in today around 3:40 to grab a togo order. We live near el dorado hills in Folsom nearly 45-50 mins away. We sent management a photo of the hair that was tangled into one of the shrimp in the bag. We ordered two 2lb bags of shrimp and had just gotten 1/4 of the way through the first one. Kevin the "manager" wanted a picture so we sent one. Then informed us we needed to bring the food back, ridiculous policy when I worked in the food industry we never once asked a guest to bring food back. What disappointed me the most was the lack of emotion from Kevin and tone he carried was disrespectful bickering with my father on the phone. Who in their right mind? Anyways as long time patrons this location has gotten worse. The food is starting to match the nasty a** attitudes. Kevin needs some basic human communication skills training.

Apparently there’s a new policy where you cannot buy sauce without buying a lb of seafood or a meat-based entree with fries included. As a vegetarian, this is very disappointing and feels very discriminatory/exclusive, especially when I’ve been buying the sauce by itself for years. Guess my family and I won’t be back for any

We checked in on Yelp and came here on a Friday when it opened so we didn't wait long. The best time to go! Food came out quick. Shrimp easy to peel meaning it's cooked well and not rubbery or mushy. The corn is so flavorful and juicy from soaking in all the whole shabang sauce. The Cajun fries is a must. Hot and crispy. I like how they give salt, pepper and lime. When I'm done with my meal, I'll rub the lime all over my hands before washing my hands trying to get the garlicky smell off. Lol

The service was top notch. The crab legs looked like straws. The meat was only half of the diameter of the leg and half the length. Never seen that before at other locations. The flavor of the sauce was average and as expected. The crab fries had more crab on them than the legs, seriously! The lemon pepper shrimp was unique and was worth the price. Gotta dig under the shrimp to get to the sauce, but its there and good. I will be trying other places.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly, items for them on the menu, but too young and you are likely not able to tend to them because of the spicy goodness on your fingers.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accommodating to those with disabilities.
