I dealt with Kathy and every time we spoke via email or over the phone she was kind, professional and cooperative. She made a breath-taking custom cake of Thomas the Train and was very accommodating and flexible around the pick up time. I am very grateful to her for making my son's birthday dream come true. Worth every penny! Highly recommend.

The cake was beautiful and they showed up to set up the stands on time. However, the edges of the cake were a little hard, I’m not sure if it was made the same day. Plus we had the wrong frosting, we asked for cream cheese frosting with the red velvet cake and we got buttercream.
