Always a good sandwich at this place. The customer service was great, they were very attentive to us. Not busy at all, so very quiet. You have to take your food to go as there is no where to eat inside. Fyi- they carry coke zero and diet Dr pepper for those if you who love those drinks as much as I do ?

Their spiral sliced ham is really good for a special occasion. The sides we got were terrible, dressing & ambrosia salad. So bad that we brought them back for a refund. The staff was not happy about it and wanted to argue about returning the sides. They managed to process our return, with difficulty because they were not knowledgeable/trained about how to do a return.

11$ for a sandwich you can find in any grade school, definitely not worth the hype. I think you guys should stick to just delivering hams and turkeys, and leave sandwiches making to Mr. Pickles, sandwich spot, firehouse etc. Hell i rather eat at a subway. Taste was blan, bacon was gross and soggy, sure service was ok, But that’s expected. Thank god you sell whole hams and turkeys because you would be out of business real quick. The atmosphere was bland and boring to and outside didn’t seem very inviting. Idk who in charge of your whole company. But I don’t see this gimmick lasting forever, stick to delivering hams and turkey. It’s clear you guys have a lot to learn about making a sandwich

First time ordering a Honey Baked Ham. Yes, it's expensive but we saw why - so good - 5 star product! My one star review is only to warn others about the bad customer service here. It's important people see the bad reviews about the customer service seems to be the rule and not the exception.Long story short I was double charged for a ham which I only realized because I went through my bank statements. I won't go through all the details but the lady I spoke to took a situation that could have been easily resolved and after spending more time explaining how it was very unlikely this could have happened made it 10X more frustrating and adversarial than it needed to be. So, to Scott who answers the reviews. You tell others who have complained about the smug/poor service that you will work on the customer service. I've worked in customer service for years. It's not an easy but it is a simple fix. When you work with customers, remember, you are being paid to be there, the customer is paying to be there. They are voluntarily spending their time and money on your business. So if they feel they've been wronged, don't think and act on how inconvenienced, annoyed or defensive you're feeling about their complaint. Humble yourself a bit, be the professional who is getting paid to deal with this customer, see this as an opportunity and respond based on how inconvenienced, annoyed or defensive they are feeling. If you waste time trying to be right, you will most likely lose a customer for life. If you can just genuinely make that person feel heard and helped, you will most likely win a very loyal customer and advertiser of your business for life.

Parking was a challenge. Small parking lot and lots of people picking up their holiday orders. When I got to the counter to get my order I was informed that they had run out of Turkey gravy. I voiced my disappointment and said I guess I should have scheduled an earlier time for pickup. She said they had run out last night! I asked if I could get and extra stuffing instead but she said they were out of that too. The had to cancel my original order and ring it up again. This was around 3:30 pm. Then it was off to the great Turkey gravy hunt. Not a happy customer!!

I placed an online order for pickup tonight, however, and had an emergency happen and now I can’t pickup until tomorrow afternoon. I have been on hold for almost four hours. They have been picking up the phone and putting me back on hold. I cannot, with as much as I usually spend on their products, recommend this location or maybe this company anymore. I just wanted to make sure they don’t give my online order away and their website doesn’t allow you to update your order. Big fail. But I find their behavior and phone etiquette unprofessional and rude.

I ordered a honey baked ham this year for Thanksgiving. I tried to call and order, but the customer service representative informed me to order online and wouldn't take my order over the phone. Needless to say after ordering on the website and prepaying the website says prepaying is faster but when showing up to pickup the people that just walked in with no prepaying order they were served before the ones that prepayed. Awful service and a learning lesson for me.

The ham is the only thing I'm vouching for idk about the other stuff... but it's so easy and good! I'm not typically a ham person but this ham is different, fresh and consistent quality.

Extremely poor customer service!!! I visited this establishment earlier today with the hope of walking out with the turkey gravy that I thought had been inadvertently left off from my pick up order. Boy, was I wrong!! From the moment I set foot inside, I was met with hostility and aggression--which still baffles me because I was not aggressive in the slightest!!! It's like everyone was having a bad day or something! The worker smugly explained the reason I didn't receive any gravy was because they didn't get their shipment in and that they had given me a substitute. I explained that I didn't get anything other than what I ordered. She kept saying that I had received a substitute. This was my first time to ever to Sacramento as I came to visit relatives for holidays. I explained that my son had picked up the order on Tuesday (now Tuesday) and there was no mention of a substitute--otherwise, he would have told me. She then said that she would have to get the mgr. It took 8 mins for the mgr to emerge from the back and he approaches me with a scathing look and coldly asks, "WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?"I asked if he were the mgr and he replied, yes--not once cracking the slightest smile.BTW, I approached both workers with a smile.I explained the issue and he echoed the previous worker's response.I then call my son (Air Force veteran) and he was adamant that no one had mentioned anything about a gravy substitute.I showed the mgr the receipt and email confirmation which listed gravy on pickup. The mgr instructed me to go online for a refund, I asked if he could show me where to go on the website and he said that he didn't know.At this point I was confused. I'm in your store and you're the manager, but you're not able to help resolve this issue??I also had 1 of 3 unopened yams. They were grossly undercooked!! The potatoes were very hard!! The mgr offered a replacement. I told him that I wasn't interested in a replacement and I preferred a reimbursementI for both the gravy and yams--it was largely based on the aggression and hostility. He was adamant that my son had left 3 days prior with the gravy substitute, but he didn't know what he had done with it!! Seriously?? I knew exactly what he was trying to insinuate, but I didn't come across the country or drive 20 mins locally to be mistreated!! At this point, I was insulted!!! I was 2,055 miles away from home and all I wanted was turkey gravy to have with leftovers!!The mgr went to the back and came back and grabbed the yams and slams them in the trash!!I was aghast!!!Then he shoves $22 cash my way and tells me to have a nice day in a very dismissive manner!!I have never in all my life encountered such an egregious display of unprofessional so called customer service--especially from mgt!!!I left the store and immediately returned to get the mgr's name. I was provided with his first name only as no one seemed to know his name or refused to give it to me altogether. This blatant disregard for customer service completely ruined my day!! I was discombobulated for the remainder of the day!!I flew over 2K miles to get away as our family suffered multiple losses just last month, including my sister. I am also a health care provider for oncology patients. So when we were invited for Thanksgiving, of course I jumped at the opportunity. I wish that I could give zero stars. They would likely get 5 stars if the ham and turkey matched customer service!!! They were perfect; however, the utter disregard for customer satisfaction leaves a lot to be desired!!!!

The ham we had for thanksgiving dinner was nasty. Honey Bake epic failed. Not glazed, its was dry , almost black colored ham. Called them back today and they said bring the ham back to get it replaced with a good glazed honey ham. We gave it away already thats how we disliked that. HB Ham quality is poor, waste of money & time. Very embarrassing , disgusting to pay high price and expect quality. I hope this will not happen to any customer ever esp on special occasion. No bueno! Hosting the most precious time with family & friends expecting to serve quality Ham that turned out almost crdboard, no taste & dark , dried up meat! Terrible !
