Their spiral sliced ham is really good for a special occasion. The sides we got were terrible, dressing & ambrosia salad. So bad that we brought them back for a refund. The staff was not happy about it and wanted to argue about returning the sides. They managed to process our return, with difficulty because they were not knowledgeable/trained about how to do a return.
Parking was a challenge. Small parking lot and lots of people picking up their holiday orders. When I got to the counter to get my order I was informed that they had run out of Turkey gravy. I voiced my disappointment and said I guess I should have scheduled an earlier time for pickup. She said they had run out last night! Always a good sandwich at this place. The customer service was great, they were very attentive to us. Not busy at all, so very quiet. You have to take your food to go as there is no where to eat inside. Fyi- they carry coke zero and diet Dr pepper for those if you who love those drinks as much as I do ?
