The Old Spaghetti factory in mid-town was jammed last night because of Valentine's Day. However, there was no compromise in service, delivery of meals, food quality, presentation, and they did not make us feel rushed at all. ...we were there about 1.5 hours. Excellent all around and a most enjoyable dining experience with my wife!! We will be back!!
Had not been in years and we enjoyed a family dinner after the theatre with kids. Pretty happy with everything. Great selection on the menu and the kids were very happy. Fun atmosphere.
Ordering anything with chicken in it caused a 20 minute delay in receiving our orders. Though nothing was said that our order would be delayed if we ordered chicken anything. A real bummer. Been to the Old Spaghetti Factory many many times over the years and never experienced a delay like this. The food was delicious when it did arrive. The evening was wonderful in spite of the inconvenience. Our server was delightful and attentive.
