The Roost in Sacramento was absolutely worth the visit. Parking was definitely a challenge, but the moment we walked in, we knew it was worth the effort. As whiskey lovers, we were super impressed with their selection, and their Roost Old Fashioned was perfection—smooth, balanced, and crafted with intention. The food was surprisingly amazing too, way better than we expected from a whiskey-focused spot. Add in the great vibes and cozy atmosphere, and it made for a perfect night...
Cool little hidden speak easy type bar. Excellent craft cocktails and a phenomenal staff! Make a reservation for a smooth entry. Great adult date night vibe, no kids or crying babies! Drinks are spot on and the mixologists put on a great show behind the bar!🥃

It’s a small place, so the staff can be a bit pushy about ordering more drinks, which can be a little annoying, but it makes sense given they need to keep business moving.
