I’ve been in the serving/hospitality/customer service industry for over 20 years and I’ve never had such amazing service. Our server, Nat, is absolutely the textbook definition of amazing. Had a hiccup once I arrived and waited over 20 mins for service but once my waiter Juaquin arrived he was amazing super nice apologetic for the wait and took great care of me and I was by myself. If it wasn’t for him I was gonna leave. I will be back just because he had outstanding customer service 🥰
