Food is good. I left without paying one night. Got treated like a second class citizen the next time I came in even though my phone number is on the receipt.
I've been coming to this location for about six months now, when I first started coming I was pleased with the service and the food came out promptly. Recently I've noticed ever changing staff which creates a really inconsistent experience. The good still come out quickly, but I noticed they changed the beer battered fish to crispy (almost fried chicken) batter and is quite unpleasant in texture and overpowering in taste for the fish. Since I specifically came here for the fish and beer, I'm kinda sad to say goodbye. Goodluck UoB East Sac.

We noticed bugs in our drinks and crawling all over the bar. Service by On felt disingenuous as if she was trying to upsell us constantly. She kept interrupting our meal, and seemed to have no concept of appropriate social cues. The overpriced and expensive food was greasy and gross. Will not be returning and do not recommend. The one saving grace was Megan who was very nice and accommodating.

I have been to this specific location multiple times. Each time I am pleased with the service and consistency of the delicious food. Isabella one of the servers and bartenders is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and drink specials. She is attentive without being annoying.
Tonight, I went in with family and sat on the patio. We brought our family dog Abby. All the staff tonight was very friendly and accommodating. Tonight, Meghan was our server, and she was exceptional. She is a very good at her job and managed our specific order requests with ease. She was friendly and so kind. She is good vibes all around. All of food was delicious and the happy hour drinks were bomb! Our bill came to $150, and we tipped her 35%. We will be back, and hope Meghan is our server again!

We love UOB! We come for trivia every week and On helps us reserve a table and always greets us! Jakob is the best trivia host! And Meghan has been our server and is always so welcoming and kind and positive! Can always count on great service.
