This is a small hole in the wall restaurant, that's probably been here for years and it looks like it. During my visit it was busy and I observed all people of all ages so I was looking forward to the meal. The place looks old , and there's an open view to the kitchen where the dishes were piling. The place also looks a little cluttered for how small it is.

I had the orange chicken combination plate. I didn't see it on the menu but requested.

It comes with Orange Chicken, a special egg roll cut into 4 pieces, and a big serving of fried rice and noodles.

The orange chicken was good however it was not chunks it was more like bits. Pieces smaller than what you would get at Panda Express. And the portion was Small, I think this may have been a mistake, due to how busy this place was.

The rice and noodles were the best part, pieces of meat in both, a good mix and plenty if you wanna share.

The egg roll was not a traditional egg roll, though it tasted like a traditional egg roll just with a different texture. It was good.

The plate also came with a clear dipping sauce which was good but I didn't really have enough egg roll or chicken to experiment. Was I supposed to pour around my meal?

The meal was good, and their hot soups I observed while I was waiting also looked good. But the portion of orange chicken really threw me off. I will try this place again to see if it was just a one time thing.

The place is dirty. Most of the food was not that good, dishes were overfilled with vegetables. I think they were about 25 minutes late in bringing it out

This place is truly fantastic for lunch or dinner, whether you're on your own or with friends and family. My mother has been dining here for as long as I can remember, and it holds a special place in her heart. She always orders the number #22, and I can vouch for their vermicelli bowls being the best around! Despite trying many other vermicelli bowls elsewhere, we always return here. I also recommend the Bun Bo Hue and Pho—they're exceptional. I also recommend the Combo Plate 2, which includes pork, chow mein, fried rice, and an egg roll—huge portions that are definitely worth it. The staff are hardworking and always greet us warmly, making us feel like family. Please be patient with them; they are doing their best to meet everyone’s needs.

Hidden Vietnamese food gem. All the Vietnamese food I had here was always good. I always get a #49 a rice plate with grilled pork combo. Come with lots of food and you can always substitute rice for vermicelli. Pho and BBH is always good. Family dinner is also a good combo as well. This will always be my go to spot.

Very good traditional food. All the years I have been to this establishment always excellent service. A must try in South Sacramento. Little hidden gem. Highly recommend. I always order the number 39 A. Charbroil pork with no bone

Viey-Ha is a small restaurant with limited seating. The food here is absolutely delicious. Every time I come here, I always get the cold noodles with pork, shrimp, sprouts, cilantro, and onion with their special sauce to mix. Add some hot sauce to really enhance all that flavor that is served in a large bowl.

Parking: The parking lot is very small. Try to miss the lunch and dinner crowd.

Fast customer service.

This is one of my go to spots that's been here forever. I'm simple with thin slice meat pho and Vietnamese Grilled Pork w Rice Noodles (Bún Thịt Nướng) I typically order that brings warmth to my tummy.

This was my first time here experience was not so great. I orderd general chicken combo plate which the chicken was old had a after taste& really hard peices and tasted like sweet n sour no general chkn taste whatsoever. 2nd negative I asked for chicken fried rice and was charged extra & still got the pork fried rice. Not sure I will revist even though they owe me a dollar. Lol
