SERVICE : is my first subject of this post because hands down they did NOT HAVE TO ACCOMMODATE MY STANGE REQUEST . However , I really wanted to try sushi after having my first experience recently and it was directly next door to our favorite Mexican food location taqueria garibaldi ... with that in mind when my husband went in to order it was completely packed so I didn't want to ask them what I asked the server . My wild request ? PLEASE CAN MY HUSBAND EAT HIS FOOD HERE ? They said it was totally fine ! How amazing is that !? We proceeded to order both the California rolls for him because he's not gonna watch me eat and I ordered the C.R.E.A.M witch was not only so very cute with all its pink glory but Also literally my new favorite sushi place ! They have such a huge section of alcohol , but maybe next time , and the ambiance is beautiful , classy with a comfort level , and romantic with a party vibe , it's literally what ever you want it to be and I am completely sold. I cannot WAIT TO COME BACK !
So for my first time ever I have almost a collaboration review , because as much as I love there next door neighbor I don't think I will ever CHOOSE AGAIN ! I'm always getting both ! WEDASHII x TAQUERIA GARIBALDI = happiness

I ordered from here for the first time. Their door dash pictures do match the food that arrived. The food quality was not of good quality, the rice over cooked and the rolls fell apart quickly. I asked sauces (eel) on top which did not come on top or on the side, the only side we got on the side was katsu. I’ve had many sushi places around sac and this is not the place to order from (at least to-go).

I've been here twice. My first time was excellent. Only myself, one more customer and the staff. Great experience, very attentive and knowledgeable.
My second time I was the only customer. The waitress was nice, but not attentive.
I'll go back because it's close to my home and this place offers the roll I like in a soy wrap option.

Decent food, good service, huge place compares to the downtown location. There is a big sushi bar and a big alcohol bar. However, I think the vipe feel is a bit off. Maybe some remodel, redesign interor would help.
Got terrible service at a bar nearby and looked for better service. Was greeted immediately by the bar tender Patriecia who completely reversed all the bad vibes from the previous establishment. Had some of the best sushi we ever had and left feeling happier than we came in. 11/10 highly recommend.

Came to the restaurant on a recommendation from a friend. The bathrooms were gross was the first bad sign after that the share plates that came out were dirty and the beers we got were warm and flat. The last thing was the roll that I got cause food poisoning that left me puking and crapping for 2 days

The Good Life is my favorite roll anywhere. Stunning. Captivating. Pictured left. While it's about $13-$15 per roll, they're generous in size and I usually buy two. It gets a bit spendy, but oh well. Gimme dat Good Life.

Door dash menu is inaccurate, cucumber on certain rolls that it's not listed on (spicy tuna in particular). Everything ELSE was great, except not getting utensils of any kind
