Sushi wasn’t very good. Not sure if it wasn’t fresh or bad sauce or both but I threw it out. My girlfriend enjoyed her bento box which came with teriyaki chicken. Hopefully next time is better.

This place seems poorly managed but the food is decent
I got the soft shelled crab ZigZag and the Ja roll and both were scrumptious 😋! The Rene's beets salad was bomb! Definitely coming back.

SERVICE : is my first subject of this post because hands down they did NOT HAVE TO ACCOMMODATE MY STANGE REQUEST . However , I really wanted to try sushi after having my first experience recently and it was directly next door to our favorite Mexican food location taqueria garibaldi ... with that in mind when my husband went in to order it was completely packed so I didn't want to ask them what I asked the server . My wild request ? PLEASE CAN MY HUSBAND EAT HIS FOOD HERE ? They said it was totally fine ! How amazing is that !? We proceeded to order both the California rolls for him because he's not gonna watch me eat and I ordered the C.R.E.A.M witch was not only so very cute with all its pink glory but Also literally my new favorite sushi place ! They have such a huge section of alcohol , but maybe next time , and the ambiance is beautiful , classy with a comfort level , and romantic with a party vibe , it's literally what ever you want it to be and I am completely sold. I cannot WAIT TO COME BACK !
So for my first time ever I have almost a collaboration review , because as much as I love there next door neighbor I don't think I will ever CHOOSE AGAIN ! I'm always getting both ! WEDASHII x TAQUERIA GARIBALDI = happiness

I ordered from here for the first time. Their door dash pictures do match the food that arrived. The food quality was not of good quality, the rice over cooked and the rolls fell apart quickly. I asked sauces (eel) on top which did not come on top or on the side, the only side we got on the side was katsu. I’ve had many sushi places around sac and this is not the place to order from (at least to-go).

I've been here twice. My first time was excellent. Only myself, one more customer and the staff. Great experience, very attentive and knowledgeable.
My second time I was the only customer. The waitress was nice, but not attentive.
I'll go back because it's close to my home and this place offers the roll I like in a soy wrap option.
