Horrible customer service and rude employees. Wouldn't honor the free chili dog promotion coupon even after showing it to them on my phone.
The owner answered the phone when I called and was so rude when I told him the cheese wasn't melted on my chilli cheese fries and he didn't need to hear me he was on one very nasty attitude and hung up and I was being calm had no idea I called back said i was calling corporate office he said don't care my name is Cameron you get that I want to make sure you heard me my name is Cameron so I will call wasn't called for because he was having a bad day he don't need to be around people...read full review
