Wingstop in Sacramento

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “This is the newest Wingstop near my location. It’s clean. The lady that helped me was Ari or Aria, sorry if I miss spelled your name. She was very professional. The food was great. I had boneless wings, chicken sandwich with corn. See the photo included. It’s a nice place to sit and relax with before shopping at Costco lol.“

“Genuine customer service, I had the opportunity of having Gabriella as my server she greeted me and gave me enough time to look over the menu was very patient with me even during her late shift! I appreciated Gabriella and her team who had that closing shift, food was made to standard very friendly Staff timeframe given to me was shorter than what I waited. “The two girls working on 9/14/25 around 8pm did their thing! Busy but they were kind to everyone in line and most importantly the food was great! This Wingstop has always been a hit or miss so I haven't came in awhile. But this night, it was great. Keep doing it like this!“
