“Stephanie gave amazing service, i noticed one flavor of my wings wasn’t flavored extra and i let her know and she immediately fixed that problem! She asked if i wanted the wet or dry rub (extra points for confirming my preference) and made sure everything else in my order was correct. I will definitely be back! I know fast food can be a pain in the you know what but kudos to her for being an angel!“
“Probably one of the best places to get wings, chicken and fries out there. Their Cajun corn is also really good but the wait time is god-awful. Doesn't matter if you pre-order. Doesn't matter if you order in the line or even online the wait times take forever. The estimated time is useless as this place is packed 24/7 at all locations no matter what. So you might as well order an hour ahead and even then you still might have to wait 20 or so minutes“
“was worried as the other google reviews were really low but i found my experience to be quite pleasant! workers were really nice and i received my order in about 10 minutes. ordered the boneless combo in garlic parmesan & the hot rub and it was great! highly recommend for chicken luvers. i’ll definitely come back to try the other flavours“
“Wingstop is always hit or miss. When it hits, its the best meal of my life and every single bite is perfect. The wings are tender and sauced perfectly. I always get original hot, lemon pepper, and Louisiana rub. The ranch is so good, it adds a creaminess to it and cuts the oil and spice.
The most consistent thing are the tenders. Its crispy, tender, and flavorful.“

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm .
