“I had an issue with a prior order, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Val for the exceptional service she provided. She went above and beyond to ensure my concern was fully resolved. In a time when many employees are overworked and underappreciated, it is truly refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely cares and consistently gives 100%.

I order from Wingstop often, sometimes once or even twice a week, and I’ve visited many locations. Without question, this location is the best in Sacramento. The entire team is dedicated to quality and consistency, and Val’s outstanding support this past weekend reaffirmed why Wingstop Freeport will continue to be my go-to location every time.

“This is the newest Wingstop near my location. It’s clean. The lady that helped me was Ari or Aria, sorry if I miss spelled your name. She was very professional. The food was great. I had boneless wings, chicken sandwich with corn. See the photo included. It’s a nice place to sit and relax with before shopping at Costco lol.“

“Picked up a 30 for 30 deal 10 min after placing it and it was ready to go right away, im assuming who was the manager just walked in as well after we had already been helped and asked us if we had been helped yet, and gave us 2 free drinks. We also asked the original guy if we could buy some extra seasoning and he hooked us up! Other wing stops have been pretty stingy with the amount of seasoning. 10/10 service can’t wait to eat it!“

“I love when Wingstop has deals! 30 wings for $30, I've already been 3 times since this promo started. Last time I ordered online, went to pick up my food, got home and was shorted 6 wings. Called the store, they said I could come pick them up or get them next time, but it would be better to get them that night. They gave me 8 wings to make up for it. Ordered online today, asked if all the wings were in there and they said yes. I didn't feel like checking when at the place, so I trusted them. Thanks to Marco all my wings were there and deliciously flavored and cooked to perfection! Shout out the the night shift crew. Keep up the great work!“

“The two girls working on 9/14/25 around 8pm did their thing! Busy but they were kind to everyone in line and most importantly the food was great! This Wingstop has always been a hit or miss so I haven't came in awhile. But this night, it was great. Keep doing it like this!“
