“This is one of my favorite wingstops in the area. They almost always get my food 100% right on the first try and whenever they miss something they always get it fixed quickly. I stopped by on "wing day" a couple weeks back and they were PACKED and they were all still being super nice considering everyone was treating them like garbage.
The employees here rock and are always chil, the worst part is just some of the people that go in to order and then expecting things way too quickly“
“Probably one of the best places to get wings, chicken and fries out there. Their Cajun corn is also really good but the wait time is god-awful. Doesn't matter if you pre-order. Doesn't matter if you order in the line or even online the wait times take forever. The estimated time is useless as this place is packed 24/7 at all locations no matter what. So you might as well order an hour ahead and even then you still might have to wait 20 or so minutes“

“These two goons working late noght shift (nickle) lol. They slow as turtles. One goes to wash dishes and the other questioning when to take the chicken out the fryer. The other comes and tells him to temp test it, good . Than the youngster mixes the marinate. I can't complain because the food was hot and full flavored. Recomend they keep cooking that way but work together becuase waiting till the customer shows up to cook is lame. Than I dipped out.“
“Wingstop is always hit or miss. When it hits, its the best meal of my life and every single bite is perfect. The wings are tender and sauced perfectly. I always get original hot, lemon pepper, and Louisiana rub. The ranch is so good, it adds a creaminess to it and cuts the oil and spice.
The most consistent thing are the tenders. Its crispy, tender, and flavorful.“
“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm .
