Woops! Macarons & Gifts (Arden Fair)

Super yummy but I work 27 days a month. I walk past each day to only find out they only sell min of 3. I don't need 3 at a time. Losing money

My minor brother was employed by the hiring manager there while MISSING and this company forged documentation while he was under my custody they let him work over what child labor laws allowed and he provided no workers permit or id or social or anything but he was hired BY THE COMPANY

I just went their Woops Ardin location and I had 129 pts and wanted to redeem 2 macarons. The lady couldn’t figure out how to redeem my points and charged me for 3 macarons. I didn’t get to select a receipt option, and she said I selected no receipt.
I asked for a receipt and she did not know how to give me one. Your system did not ask me to select a receipt option, only asked me for a tip option. I will NEVER purchase from you guys again because you guys are SCAMMERS. Saying I can’t redeem my points online because you don’t ship single macarons, then I go into a kiosk at Sacramento and tried to redeem my points for 2 macarons and buy 1 so it equals 3. Then you idiots want to go stupid on me and can’t redeem my points. I give the lady my phone number , I logged into my Mac nigient account and showed that lady my point balance.

OMG! The best macarons! Stumbled upon this gem in the Arden Fair mall and blown away with the flavor selection and the perfect gift box assortments! Definitely will be back through as I have now found my go to gifting spot. Did I mention they deliver!
