Workers were just pretty rude and didn’t care about my order, kind of obvious that they just wanted to push me to the side. I get working in retail but this was just disrespectful to a whole other level.

I had a very frustrating experience with this place. Google Maps showed that they were open, but when I got there, the business was completely closed. I tried calling several times, but nobody answered the phone.

What makes it worse is that this is not the first issue I’ve had here. During a previous visit, the staff seemed more interested in using their phones than helping customers. It felt like customer service was not a priority.

If you don’t want to serve customers or keep regular business hours, at least update your information online so people don’t waste their time. This place has potential, but the lack of professionalism and attention to customers is very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

I wish I could give them 0 star, for such a rudeness and their bad service. The first time I asked for a burger, they burnt whole the fries, then made an excuse that our fries is crispy. Tonight we had juice, the juice had more milk than banana. When I asked why my juice is like this, they repeatedly said, “you want your money? you want your money?. Never will go there for such a rudeness and their service

I drove all the way here based on Google showing this place as OPEN, but when I arrived it was completely CLOSED. No notice, no update, nothing. This is really frustrating and a waste of time. Please keep your hours updated so customers don’t get misled. Not a good experience at all.

I went to Yummy Ice Cream and Burger with my two kids. We ordered 3 burgers, and I accidentally left my glasses on the counter. No one came in after us, so I went right back in to ask the cashier.

Instead of helping me, the cashier:

· Used bad words at me
· Said my glasses “probably cost $2”
· Told me he makes more money than me
· Was very nervous and rude

I was calm and just wanted my glasses back. This happened in front of my children. I have never been spoken to like that in a restaurant.

I hope the owner sees this and trains staff to treat people with basic decency. We will not be returning

Asked to wait 20 mins for a fast food and the wait went over 30 mins still not done.

I honestly hate doing this and don’t want to the “that person” that leaves reviews that could seriously impact a business but I have to. I went to yummy burgers 12/6, the guy that took my order was nice, I got the wings and fries meal and a lamb gyro. The fries were the soggiest, limp fries I’ve ever had in my life. For some reason covered with siracha sauce. The wings were overly fried, tasted like they’ve been fried maybe twice. The lamb gyro unfortunately gave me and my son food poisoning. Which I was super sad about because I love lamb. I’m saying these things specifically in hopes that maybe they’ll try to do better?

Good was okay. Also they didn't change their gloves and touched a lot of things.

Glad we dropped by after hitting Costco business center and now we know where to get sheer yakh when in the area.
