We had a delicious dinner at Zinfandel Grill tonight. Started with a calamari appetizer with our drinks. As always, this calamari is always tender; never chewy. We had pizza & Mary's chicken, both of which was great. Our waitress, Corina, was excellent & had a sweet personality. Can't wait to go back.

I really wanted to like this place. Food was terrible. The gazpacho had a green pasta, it was just gross. I usually won't send a plate back but man it was one of the nastiest plates I've had in a restaurant. I recommend the owner make the cooks taste the food before sending it. They clearly are not tasting or caring what they are sending. The polenta had no flavor.the food was extremely over hyped. The service was just OKAY, server seemed annoyed . Over all , the food was terrible not one person at the table liked their food . I shouldn't be paying $30 for a plate and need salt . Food was flavorless and safe. Only good thing was the restaurant was very pretty. I The ambiance was nice.

Well, you guys did it again. We went yesterday for Easter lunch with our cousins. Our suggestion, wanted a restaurant that was just serving a regular menu. They it! Great food, Mary's chicken, risotto and meat lovers pizza. GREAT service with Cynthia! We were traumatized when Biba's closed, so you are our new "go to" place! Thanks for not ever disappointing

Setting a reservation was easy on open table. Once we arrived, the atmosphere was great. Whether on a date, a business meal, or a family function, ZG is the place for you. I had the pork chop and the ravioli. Soooooooo delicious and prepared perfectly. Lastly, Scottie, our server was professional, attentive, and helpful. This place is a must go!
Went here after golfing in Sacramento. The servers and staff were all friendly and attentive. The food was mediocre. The prices would indicate high quality with unique flavors and presentation. It was disappointing and I will not return. Too many other options in that price range in the area that do a much better job.

This was our first time at Zinfandel Grille as new Californians. The service was great, and it was nice that we were seated at our reservation time. We indulged in the bread and butter appetizer and spinach salad. Both were fresh and, I appreciated that they split the salad for my honey and I. We also shared the meat lover’s pizza. I was curious how the aged Swiss would taste, but it was honestly delicious. We both loved the wood fired taste from the wood fired oven. We look forward to trying the other signature pizzas. We finished our evening with a Mexican Especial for me and a cappuccino for my love. Since it was our anniversary, we were blessed with an indulgent white chocolate cheesecake dessert to share. We will definitely come back and enjoy some of the other fine dishes Zinfandels has to offer.Kid-friendliness: There was a group for homecoming, so kids/teens are well received!

Really enjoyed my first time experience tonight! The ambiance is really nice and classy, love the warm lighting. I sat at the bar and was greeted by Holly, she was very sweet and attentive. I ordered the Black Widow cocktail which was delicious. I then ordered the New York Steak with duck fat potatoes. It was cooked perfectly and was super juicy and flavorful! I added bleu cheese crumbles on top and it went really nicely with the other flavors. I ended up cleaning my plate (was planning on take half home but it was too good). Holly left for the night and Selena took care of me for the rest of it, she was also very personable and sweet! Thank you for the great experience, I'll definitely be back!

We were a party of 8 celebrating my victory over cancer. I easily made reservations and asked for a high chair for my grandson. The drinks were excellent. Shrimp and grits were so yummy with the artisan bread and butter. Halibut was the special, tender and delicious. Others also enjoyed pork chops, spareribs, salmon, and prawns with pasta.The service was excellent. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming! The acoustics in the large party room was a bit too noisy. I could not hear others at the end of table. Really a five star restaurant with many happy customers.
