Rude and extremely inhospitable bartender (older woman) she yelled at a sweet old lady that just wanted to use the restroom. Very strange, won’t be back that interaction made me very uncomfortable.

Ana’s Cantina is hands-down one of the best spots in town! The atmosphere is always fun and welcoming — whether you’re grabbing a casual drink after work or meeting friends for a lively night out. The bartenders are friendly, fast, and know how to make a great cocktail. They’ve got a great selection of drinks, cold beer on tap, and good music that sets the perfect vibe.

I know times are rough but when the bar is completely empty and they won’t even let somebody use the bathroom they wanna charge you any amount of money or you have to be a customer which is fair if you’re in San Francisco but come on in Napa Valley! So I paid four dollars to use the bathroom because I really had to, seems like good customer service would be just letting someone use the bathroom especially if you’re not busy. I would not spend my money here super greedy what has the world come to, I just paid didn’t take any of their product and use the bathroom ✌️

The female? Bartender was a straight up angry person, my husband told me the awful way she looked at me as I left. Never have been treated so awful in my life. She actually screamed at me.

Had a blast speaking with Roxy! Great bartender and shared all her local spots with us. Loved hearing the history of her family and the only bar in st. Helena. However, I have to be honest, the drink prices for a dive bars were outrageous. We ordered 4 drinks and were 100 bucks. Didn't expect that at all. We thought we could finally spend a little less our last night there for beer and 2 mules, they were doubles. We wanted to give Roxy a nice tip but couldn't. I understand the cost of living there and running a business is expensive there.

Bartenders daughter is a snake. We asked her for doubles, she didn’t even have enough in the bottle for it. Couldn’t taste any alcohol in the drinks. She ended charging us almost $100 for 2 lousy drinks!!! Then claimed that “we were in Napa “ so she can get away with charging that??? The bar was a dive bar at best. Get a better atmosphere and attitude lady! Before all that she was insulting the other customers for not addressing her correctly. She was rude rude rude. Then after we complained she said thank for the tip.here’s your tip: find another line of work-this one doesn’t suit you. Zero class-you definitely don’t belong in the Napa valley
