This was a last minute addition to our Napa trip when it came up in discussion with another host about our love for Kirk Venge wines. She put in a good word, and John was so accommodating to welcome us with less than two days notice. He is so friendly and SO knowledgeable both about Hunnicutt's story, and the wines. The tasting area in the cave is absolutely incredible, and we were all so impressed with the wines across the board. We even got to meet Justin briefly. SO glad...
John was an incredible guide and took the time to give a truly personalized tour of the property. Fantastic cave tasting experience as well. We cannot thank you all enough for your hospitality!
I am a cabernet sauvignon drinker, and tasting the Cabernet at Hunnicutt was truly a wonderful experience. My senses just melted in the balance. I'm a fan at first taste and will be back.
