I have been wanting to visit Joseph Phelps for over a year now and I am so glad I got to visit on my trip to San Francisco this time. I went with a couple college friends of mine. We all enjoyed the wine so much, special shout out to our sommelier Will. He was so professional , kind and shared a lot of a lot of of his knowledge with us. I bought a few bottles, but when I left the winery, I knew I should’ve checked. They gave me the wrong bottles and Will went above and beyond...
We've been members of the Joseph Phelps club for over 25 years. While, we've had numerous club memberships throughout the valley, this is the one we keep and enjoy the most. They have a tenured staff that is always welcoming and makes each visit special. A shout out to Meredith, that always does a great job with each tasting we have experienced with her. Phelps continues to make beautiful wines and each visit is truly spectacular.
We had a wonderful experience at JPV yesterday! It was our first time visiting the vineyards and the staff and our guide (Jonathan) treated us very well. Jonathan was very friendly and accommodating with getting us a table in the shade, which had an awesome view and ambiance. He’s also very knowledgeable about the wine and still gave us much alone time to enjoy the wine on our own.
Overall 10/10 would recommend the tasting here and looking forward to the lunch...
