Pestoni is gorgeous! We had lunch at the picnic and it was perfect day. Try the Merlot Wine Fudge and the olive oil.

Probably the best place from the ones I visit this vacation

What a hidden gem! We walked in without a reservation and were welcomed regardless by Janie (hope I spelt her name right! Apologies if it isn't so). She walked us through our options and once we were ready, took us on a wonderful session with the history of the estate, the various vineyards that produce their wine and so on. The 2021 Rutherford Estate Sangiovese was my definite favorite and I am taking a bottle back for my colleagues to taste. We met Aimee (one of the owners) who was very welcoming as well! Thank you both for making our visit so pleasant!

Useful tip: It is a quiet and unassuming but tastefully decorated tasting room - guests are welcome to bring their picnic and own food to enjoy with the wines on their pretty patio.

Quint family winery. not huge flashy grounds but down to earth and more intimate. Best napa sauv blanc I've had before and only $35 a bottle. A good stop if you're looking for that vibe.

Beautiful kid friendly winery with flower garden, corn hole game, lawn chairs, space for live music and a large lawn for other games.

Bugs, bad attitudes, and stingy with wine. Not a fan. Completely neglected. A literal garbage dump for a winery.

Pestoni Family is truly a wonderful stop for any Napa Valley visit and a “hidden gem” soon to be less hidden. The Pestoni family are long-time residents of Napa Valley and have created a space for community and friends to enjoy great wine, take in the natural beauty of the valley, and create a casual, intimate space for all to enjoy. The winery is family-friendly and well-behaved pet friendly. While reservations are encouraged, walk-ins are welcome. There is a large outdoor/event space with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, and umbrellas. Tasting prices, even on weekends, are cheaper than many other large wineries. Staff is friendly and informative. Because it is family run, they don’t staff large amounts of hosts, so service slow slightly during busy times, but it’s truly a winery to stay and enjoy instead of rushing to your next tasting.

Annual Pestoni Family Cornroast! Food, good company, #itsdifferent and the band lit as always!

After talking to them last year, this was on my top 5 list of wineries to go to; it sounded very chill and laid back, definitely a social place. Going there today solidified it. The grounds are open and perfect for large gatherings. Staff is super friendly; wines are tasty.Bring your own food, and a few friends, and you'll have an amazing time.

Being one of the last of the family owned wineries in Napa Valley, this is our favorite stop to enjoy their handcrafted wines and family atmosphere in one of the most lovely settings in the Valley.

Agree with those who said this is a hidden gem! We stumbled upon this spot because we were looking for a dog-friendly winery and our original pick was way too crowded. This was about five minutes away, tucked away from the road (and very dog-friendly!). We got two bottles of wine and enjoyed the calm, quiet lawn with lots of shaded seating areas. There were a bunch of other people there, but everyone had space and the overall atmosphere was very relaxed. Staff was friendly. I almost didn’t write a review so that we could keep this as a hidden gem but want to support their business! Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxed place to sit for a while and enjoy company and wine.

Incredible experience! This is a hidden gem of Napa Valley. The outdoor space offers lots of tables and hang out areas with activities for everyone. The grounds are gorgeous and with a little exploring you’ll find some incredible old trees. The wine tasting makes for a great afternoon experience and the staff goes above and beyond to be sure you enjoy your time.

Wines were good/ok, but employees were really NOT engaging. This winery really made me realize if the wine is ok a good host can make an okay/good wine so much better. They spent almost of our entire tasting in the back office. Another patron had to get up off the couch a number of times to ask for their next tasting..

Awesome winery. Great wine selection. One of the few Sangiovese of quality. Fun picnic area with corn hole. Gardens are beautiful and staff is very knowledgeable without being pretentious. Go!
