Absolutely exceptional and undeniable! 10000000000% deserving of their Michelin star. We had the four course prefix menu, so we got 8 different dishes to taste and it was nothing short of one of the best culinary adventures were had. Each dish was so well crafted and executed. We had a butternut squash soup, the green curry with lobster, pork, ricotta, waygu tartar, the chicken, the monkfish and the chocolate mouse as well poached apple and yuzu sorbet. For a Michelin restaurant, I expected more. Several dishes lacked flavor, like the dungeness crab and the lobster. The persimmon and cheddar dessert was a bit odd too. I don't think the persimmon was fresh enough. Honestly, the free starter soup at the beginning of the 4 courses was the best dish.
