We chose to visit Rombauer due to the proximity to Calistoga where we were staying, and because I had purchase Rombauer wines at home and had enjoyed. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very welcoming. Great wines, and very affordable tasting. Would highly recommend!
I am blown away by the personal service that we received at the St. Helena winery this last Saturday! Three of us ladies stopped by just to get a glass of wine and look at the grounds. So many Napa wineries charge a fortune to taste so I thought this would be an inexpensive way to go. But a nice gentleman showed us the wine cave as we were walking around and ended us telling us the whole story of the winery and pouring us several tastes…he turned out to be the CEO and president!...
My partner and I visited on my 30th birthday. We couldn’t sit outside because of the rain, but the team set up a lovely table for me inside, complete with a big birthday balloon. Thank you for making my birthday...
