The Model Bakery in St. Helena is everything you hope a small-town bakery in Napa Valley would be—warm, welcoming, and absolutely delicious. I stopped in early one morning and was immediately drawn in by the smell of fresh bread and espresso. Even with a bit of a line, the staff kept things moving with a smile, and the whole place had that cozy, bustling charm that makes you want to linger.

And they weren’t wrong. This bakery’s English muffin is absolutely INSANE!
Their Canadian bacon sando was awesome!
The lavender latte was delightful, and our biscuit sandwich and GF apricot muffin were also pretty good!
