The ambiance is excellent but felt extremely rushed to finish the wine tasting. The person serving us was clearly ending his shift and wanted to be doing which led to us being rushed to finish the tasting. Hence the 3 stars otherwise it was great.
We had a wonderful time at V. Sattui! The people and staff were friendly and inviting and made us feel like part of the family. Great wine, great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back!
Amazing Customer Service Experience. I placed an order last Friday to take advantage of a promotion. On Tuesday, there still was no tracking information, so I reached out to V. Sattui to check, as part of my order was for a gift that I needed this weekend.
The Shipping Department researched my order and saw that it was not scheduled to be delivered until Sunday and knowing that I needed the order for a gift, they express shipped a 2nd order to deliver today.
