The wine tour and pairing was good. We received a tour of the grounds then headed to Brasswood Bar for the paring. Food was good and wine not bad.

My wife and I had an excellent tour and tasting with Drew at the Brasswood facility where Westwood makes their wine. Beautiful grounds and caves. The wine is even better! The Legend Cab Sauv is the pinnacle red of the area in my opinion. The tasting is accompanied with a well-appointed cheese and charcuterie board which helps highlight the wines. I’d very much recommend visiting Drew & Westwood as part of your Napa wine touring!

We had a wonderful tasting this week. The wine was superb. The winery hosted by the Estate Director, Drew, demonstrated perfection and excellent customer service. We visited other wineries in the area but this was the best by far.

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Westwood for an amazing wine tasting experience. The weather was beautiful, the wines were fantastic and the gentleman who took care of us, Drew, was great! After our wine tasting, we even ventured down to the restaurant next door and the food was incredible!
We will definitely be back.

Our visit had some huge hiccups, things could have and should have been handled differently. This is a revised review due to Drew from Westwood Estates Wineries making an effort and correcting the mistake by directly contacting us.
The wine was SUPERB. And Brian that hosted us was a really nice guy that’s very knowledgeable.

One of the best food and wine pairings in the valley! I love the Brasswood location as it has so much to offer, including a terrific restaurant. I happened to be up there when it was raining, but I still enjoyed the experience. It felt homey. And I really enjoyed how friendly all the staff was, it was relaxing. Great vibes.

Well, I can not say enough good things about working with Drew and the Westwood team. We own and operate a luxury wine tour company in Napa and one of the best experiences in the valley is with Westwood at Brasswood. They offer a wonderful variety of wines from unique whites and light reds to bolder Cabernet Sauvignons produced by one of the greatest winemakers on the planet. If you opt for the food and wine experience which I highly recommend you have a wonderful paring with each wine. Drew and the Westwood team are very knowledgeable about the different regions and AVAs of both Napa and Sonoma Counties as they produce wines from both sides. Brasswood, where they host their visitors is a cool property and space in that it is pretty much a resort excluding the hotel and they have a custom crush center where a handful of very small producers creating great wines are able to share the space to craft their boutique productions. Amazing hospitality and knowledge and I highly recommend a visit.

Cheers!

I had an awesome tasting experience yesterday with Drew! He was very knowledge and I felt like I was talking to an old friend during my entire tasting. The wine and cheese were both excellent. The room I tasted in was very comfortable and private. There was a nice fireplace and it was dimly lit.10/10!

$30 corkage fee? Now that is a rip-off! Four of us for dinner....we both brought a bottle of wine....$60 corkage! The serve should have warned us.

Excellent wine tasting experience. Tasting club manager and customer service rep, Drew is incredibly personable and knowledgeable and has become a friend. Generous pours and the opportunity to try 5+ well made wines. Reserve pinot and reserve cab are the highlights. They are a tenant at Brasswood and provide a nice meal pairing option as well. Premium prices but a great experience and club to join.

Enjoyed my tasting with Matthew! It's a place that is tucked away within downtown Sonoma and isn't really flashy, just a really cute room where you can taste wines. When we came, Matthew stayed with us the whole experience and entertained our group of 4 the whole hour. We got 3 wines, each a bit different but special in their own ways - and enjoyed being able to learn more about the history from Matthew - he was a really funny dude.I've been to a few wine tastings in Sonoma and I'd say this is one of the more low-key ones that I've been to which isn't bad, but it's not as active as the ones where you get to go to a winery and look around. I'd still come for the good service!

We drove past Brasswood while visiting the St Helena area, and saw that Westwood was one of the new wineries featured on their property. I gave them a quick ring to see had they any bookings free for two people - thankfully they did and we quickly turned around and made our way there. On arrival we were met by Andrew - who is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He had our table all set up and told us about the winery, the bakery, the kitchen and most importantly the wine. All staff were wearing masks and plenty of signs are posted about wearing your mask and practicing social distancing. Andrew was so knowledgable and didn't mind us asking so many questions. You can tell he really enjoys his job. When we were leaving Andrew gave us a mini tour of the estate and a handwritten note of some recommendations for wineries and restaurants in the area as we mentioned we had just moved to the area. This place is an absolute gem!

A truly high class, unforgettable tasting experience. First off, all the wines were superb, especially the Legend Cabernet Sauvignon. The Pinots (of which there were several) were also spot on, with just the right amount of breadth and complexity that makes a memorable pinot. The setting was very private and beautiful. This is not a belly up to the counter and get poured a few small glasses of cheap wine next to 20 other couples tasting. We had a private room, sat on a lovely, comfortable couch with a fireplace and a printed menu with our names on it. The cheese pairing with the wine was also about as good as it gets. Our host was a well educated sommelier who walked us patiently through each of the wines and we never felt rushed. If you want to do wine tasting the right way, I would highly recommend a tasting of Westwood wine at Brasswood Village.
