My mother and I sought a new establishment for our midday meal, and 31st was suggested. The cuisine was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. We even acquired a pie for takeaway.
The food was good, the place was clean and the service was excellent.
It's hard to stand out as a standard American diner but this place was pretty good. I had the Farmer's Bowl with eggs over easy and sourdough. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the steak was plentiful and the potatoes were great as well. I also had a quarter of one of the many burgers (I don't remember what it was) and it was a solid burger. The atmosphere was nice, a little diner on the corner of a busy street. The service was just ok, practical but a little short with us.
