For my first time being here, they already threw me off how they informed me it would be a 45 minute wait never did they say please stay close by as we may call you within the next fifteen minutes or shorter . It’s a protocol that all restaurants normally use. (Why would they want to loose customers) She stated “it was just a quote” but on the app it said I had 15 minutes to get there or I would lose my place in line, I got there under 5 minutes and we still lost our place. “It was just an estimate” she says again. We got the text at 7:44 and arrived at 7:49 yet we STILL lost our place I’m just confused on how we had a specific time to get there but they just say it’s an estimate when we arrive. And we’re put back on the waiting list. I’m very sure the owner would be displaced with the customer service that was given as I do have O you will see the amount of K views on my reviews. Mind you we were in town visiting from Las Vegas as my grandfather of 86 years old had a heart surgery and almost didn’t make it to make things worse, my little cousin lost his life the day before yesterday and for my daughters to be craving this for a few months now we thought we would try this one here in town very displeased.

It is the most ridiculous place to eat if you order table for 6 person and arrive 5 they no allow to sit you down cause everyone has to be present no make sense people go to spend money no to get food for free I don’t recommend to you a lease you want to have a bad day

Really bad services. I went there alone, after I sat on the table with the menu, there is no one go and check me if I was ready to order. I raised my hand up to get attention for 3 more minutes, Finally I got one staff came to me. Then I waited for more than 30mins, the robot served me food. After I finished my lunch, I couldn't find anyone to help me check out by standing there for another 5 mins. Finally I went to the front desk for checking out, and the cleaning staff like a flash - they took out my food that I wanted to pack up so quickly. I realized that and stop that person cleaning up for saving my foods. Then I packed food by myself. I had to go to the front desk again with my oily hands since no one brought my bill to me. Did thery really deserve tips? I did a lot by myself and there is no sign showed this restaurant is self service. Such a sucked service. I would never come again. If they need more service staff they should hire more. By the way, it's not a busy time.

It took about 35 min to get seated and another 30+ minutes four our food. We never got our drinks refilled, women’s restroom stinks and it’s dirty … But that’s the least of it , I’ve been sick for hours . It’s 1 am and I’m still vomiting with stomach ache , sweats , nauseous , I’m pretty sure I have food poisoning. This is the last time I eat here.
