Milkshake machine was broken, aka they just didn't want to make one, you kept trying to add things on to our order and had really crummy customer service and asked us to back up and pull forward.

Earlier I came in and was greeted by a warm welcome by Jonathan. He helped me out and recommended me something I never had before which was amazing. After I ordered I noticed it got busy and he was working hard and made sure to give each customer a warm welcome and attended them with a smile. The customer service was amazing and he is a very good worker. I would definitely come back again.
Everything was great! Jonathan and Rocio are working hard. They were both very nice. Additionally, while enjoying my meal, I couldn't help but to notice how kind and respectful Jonathan was to each and every customer. I was there for a while. Very rare to see nowadays. Great job! Keep up the great work!

I made an online order and the food came out fast and fresh. The worker that helped me was named Jonathan. He made sure to have napkins in my bag and made sure to ask for any other sauces just in case I forgot to add them on the app. I asked where to check if I had any points and he guided me and showed me exactly where they were. I enjoyed the customer service.
