El Encanto Restaurant offered a delightful dining experience with its fresh, homemade Oaxacan cuisine. Customers raved about the fantastic quesadillas, which featured perfectly cooked, non-greasy tortillas. The pineapple water was also a hit. Despite the language barrier, the friendly and pleasant staff provided excellent service, creating a mom-and-pop atmosphere. While the food was more labor-intensive and costlier than mass-produced Mexican dishes, diners appreciated the unique flavors and authenticity of the Oaxacan specialties. Sadly, the restaurant has since closed, leaving a void for those who treasured this local gem.
