Had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here it was the worse experience. They didn’t have her table set up properly I had to tell them. I got her the ultimate fun package and never received goodie bags, never received dip and dots and received the kids wristbands 30 minutes over the time the party started. They were all rude expect for the boy who seemed to be doing it all on his own.

Went for my daughter's 5th birthday party, it was fine but way overpriced for what we actually got. Not much for the kids to jump and climb on. The play floor is primarily ticket games. It's okay but there are better places

I won't post pics do to it being families, and wow did the kids have fun and wear them selfs out. Just keep an eye open it's big and ya never know about other children who are a tat more aggressive or there teachings. But high ratings for all the packages of fun they sell. Thanks chuck

Girls at the counter could care less if your waiting ✋️ 😌 😏 and what's up with the tickets 🎟 you win on the machines its like 2to3 tickets each win takes thousands to win a prize when u check the amount of tickets you won wont be coming back

This place definitly doesn’t make you feel safe at all, no one stamps nor “child check” at the entrance. Games either work or only gives you 2 tickets at most, some of the games don’t even work, if your playing versus someone the game won’t count for one of the players. Only 2 female workers were working today early morning, no one was in the prize area, I waited 10 mins and 1 female would walk back and forth from the kitchen to the front to talk to the other 2 females in front. Not a place I would recommend

A bunch of half broken arcade games. Tickets are ridiculously hard to accumulate. Maybe I was playing the wrong games. The way they calculate it is stupid and varys from game to game.. there are quite a few that don't work or get stuck too. Or stop after 30 seconds like the air hockey. I know they're kid games. But seriously. Barely any time to play back and forth with my daughter.
Service was horrible. Maybe they're just super short staffed, but not a single person was out front. Whenever anyone needed something, seems like they had to yell to the back to get someone to come out. The place was clean though. Very 'modernized' I guess you could call it.
The pizza is a "medium" . Lmao. Definitely could've at least made it the size of the box in my opinion. But whatever.

Personally, I didn't like the place, I know it's a playground for children but it's very expensive just to get on the bounce house, the pass costs $10 dollars and if you buy 120 points to play it's $45 dollars. It's just my personal opinion.
