This place definitly doesn’t make you feel safe at all, no one stamps nor “child check” at the entrance. Games either work or only gives you 2 tickets at most, some of the games don’t even work, if your playing versus someone the game won’t count for one of the players. Only 2 female workers were working today early morning, no one was in the prize area, I waited 10 mins and 1 female would walk back and forth from the kitchen to the front to talk to the other 2 females in front. Not a place I would recommend

A bunch of half broken arcade games. Tickets are ridiculously hard to accumulate. Maybe I was playing the wrong games. The way they calculate it is stupid and varys from game to game.. there are quite a few that don't work or get stuck too. Or stop after 30 seconds like the air hockey. I know they're kid games. But seriously. Barely any time to play back and forth with my daughter.
Service was horrible. Maybe they're just super short staffed, but not a single person was out front. Whenever anyone needed something, seems like they had to yell to the back to get someone to come out. The place was clean though. Very 'modernized' I guess you could call it.
The pizza is a "medium" . Lmao. Definitely could've at least made it the size of the box in my opinion. But whatever.

Personally, I didn't like the place, I know it's a playground for children but it's very expensive just to get on the bounce house, the pass costs $10 dollars and if you buy 120 points to play it's $45 dollars. It's just my personal opinion.

Wow. I miss the anamatronic band. It's not too loud in here. They don't serve pitchers, but get the blood orange and the not-coors and you'll be set! Pizza of my childhood too!!! ?

Went to play with my son. No one in the front to get a stamp, just lets us walk in. The young girl in the front, doesn’t really have good service. Rolled her eyes when I just asked how much would the cup for the kids be. Not smiling at all. Actually none of the employees were smiling at all. Even the one on the jumper just looked bored out of his mind. Another young girl when we went for the prizes,We stood there for more then 5 minutes to be helped, she just started at us and stocked up what she needed then decided to help us but yet no customer service. All the kids are teenagers I bet and they all lack customer service.! Cmon it’s a children’s place!! Get it together.

I brought my 2-year-old granddaughter to have a good time. She had a great time thank goodness she doesn't know anything about broken machines or no tickets and the attendance were not very helpful. Your employees look very very unhappy they're not smiling even when Chucky came out and they sing a happy birthday song they did not smile one time felt very uncomfortable with your workers and your machines it's a good thing she's too the bounce house is great she had a great time in there again the attendant never smiled one time. Not to mention the cost for two people a personal Pizza two drinks $63 then you have to buy the card the bracelet put the money on the card then you had to pay extra for the bounce house so my day was in $83 day for a two year old I'm a little disappointed.

Went to a 10 a.m. Birthday party. Employees were waiting at front door for a manager to arrive to open door so they could setup. No manager until 10:15! 10 a.m. guests standing in parking lot having to wait while they set up???? Something major is wrong here! You need to compensate the family for the embarrassment you caused! Not employee's fault!! Owner and manager solely responsible! Wouldn't advise booking here...not dependable!
