I have been ordering for 7 years and I have never had an issue. One time, there was an error and they forgot my sauce on a sandwich. The assistant manager, gave me options, to get another sandwich delivered to my house, or get credit! I got credit. Amazing service!
Yesterday, I ordered loaded tater tots. I was excited because I saw them advertised and they looked delicious. Pros of this visit. My order was ready when I arrived and I received what I ordered. The bbq chicken was also good. Cons of this purchase. The food was cold, burnt and lacking meat. I will not order this again.
