My Mexican dad, who’s usually hard to impress with food, loves this place! And those tortillas? So delicious that you could easily eat a whole stack of them just by themselves 😊😋
Sadly el Charrito is not what it used to be.It use to be like getting a burrito at your moms or aunts house but now the quality and flavor has declined.I also notice many items get topped off with new food and that’s not the correct way to refill hot food and maybe that’s why I have gotten sick twice from the Chile verde burrito.

The food is really good, 9/10 times the burritos are well portioned and the salsas are delicious. 99% of the time we order through the app, for us to pick up as we are passing through Salinas, but sometimes we order 1 hr ahead (with a specific pickup time) and we still have to wait 10-15min upon arrival. I wish we could order tortas on the app. The burritos are great, but I don't see why we can't order tortas on the app. Overall, this is a good place to eat at.
