I love El Pollo Loco. I eat at El Pollo Loco everywhere I go. I live in the Hayward area, and they get a LOT of my business. I highly recommend it. The chicken is grilled, not fried, and is not greasy. Put it together with the ingredients they use, such as Mexican style rice and beans and you've got a delicious, satisfying meal. Best part is it's more sensibly priced than KFC. The Salinas location did not disappoint. I'm visiting from my home area and loved the burrito I ate here today.

I went to order Chicken Avocado Quesadillas. I ordered 3, once I got my order wrong. I was advised they no longer sold them and got the wrong order. It was a misunderstanding of me not knowing and possible new employee. I came back and asked if they were still being sold. Other employee told me yes. I wanted to purchase 2 more of the correct quesadillas. - The employee that helped me didn’t want to charge me. I insisted but she said no. I left and when I got home, I saw she had given me not 2 but 3 quesadillas! Thank you! Now I feel like I robbed the place! Great service.

I ordered the double chicken avacado salad. The chicken was fresh and juicy. All the vegetables were fresh and tasty. The cilantro sauce was also really good. El Pollo Loco is the best fast food restaurant.
Really bad customer service !! I ordered a guacamole burrito with chicken and they literally gave me only rice and beans. I asked them for store credit or refund and they didn't want to do anything about
