Great customer service, I went in today was greeted with a smile. The lady at the register was patient, and courteous. Even as she was training, a team member, she still managed to provide great customer service. I ordered the crepes with strawberry and Nutella. They were delicious, I definitely recommend this place.

I go get crepes at least every two days. The first few times they were good but after a couple of times they are either burnt, cold, or dry. It seems to me like they leave then on the hot plate for longer time than necessary for them to dry up. They also ALWAYS get my order wrong. I ask for no bananas and EVERYTIME I get banana slices.

I’m new to the Salinas area and came across this boba shop. Cashier was very welcoming and service was quick! Ordered a “special drink” called “Dark Flower” on their menu and it was filled with a lot of toppings the espresso taste was a bit faint but it’ was still really yummy. The atmosphere was very cute and bright with plenty of seating. I will definitely visiting this spot regularly

10/10 experience and great food selection, however they do close early on weekends.
It got up to almost 100 degrees today. The staff is stuck inside with the residual heat from all the refrigeration, and customer service is still top notch!

Ive been a customer for a while now and each time I visit it makes me want to rate the place lower. The owner clearly doesn’t care about the workers because air conditioning is not provided in the building and they are so overworked to the point where they have to fan themselves with the cup holders. Not to mention they still have to where masks. A time when my drink came out to icy and asked to remake it only for it to come out the sane way. The crepes never come out fully cooked anymore either. There always raw from the outside or burn. A boy who I don’t see anymore would offer to make them any size and would make sure it was perfect. Now I see them not care when they hand them out and most of the time forget to add the extra whipped cream that I asked. This whole place is very unsanitary to theres flies flying everywhere and they never bother to clean the floor.

I like the drinks but they never seem to get my order right. As a person who is lactose intolerant it very important they get it right and I want to say 6/10 times they give me the wrong order. Also when I bring it up they give me major attitude. I like going here but if imma keep getting stomach aches and nausea it’s not worth it. Seeing as how the drinks aren’t cheap either, I think I deserve to get what I asked for. And don’t get me started on the bugs flying around the frozen yogurt which makes it super unappetizing.
