Comida mexicana tradicional y sabrosa! El Chaparrito and his wife catered our son's party, and they did a great job! The food was fresh and tasty, and ready to be served when they arrived...a very brief wait for setup and preparation. I loved the grilled onions and serrano peppers the best. Spicy salsa too! Very friendly, professional service too. Highly recommend!
Again I forgot to take pics of my food. But let me just say " Trust me they were good"! I ordered carne asada tacos and it came with a grilled serrano pepper, sliced radishes, sliced cucumbers, grilled onions and the salsa, cilantro and onions. The tacos were small but packed with meat. They have a red and green salsa. Both are very tasty. The cook El Chaparrito was very nice as well. He also caters. You'll find this taco truck on San Joaquin st. Enjoy!!
