Their service is awful, everytime I go they make me park to wait for my food. I'm fine with it but several times I'm the only car in the drive thru and still have to park. Done with this
Two out of three times this place gets your order wrong and you get your food cold half of the time.UPDATE: Five years have passed & i still find this to be true. It actually might have gotten a little bit worse. Okay Google.. Why can't we rate half stars yet?

I placed my order at 12:43pm and its 1:27pm the lady at the counter "general manager" is so rude said they never got my order. I showed her my phone receipt and order number and how it was charged. She said we have nothing, we cant help you and walked away. Im NEVER coming here! im in tears i had to hold back my anger because there are kids around, I didnt want to disturb anyone I just walked away. I would give it a 0 if I could.I was robbed of 30 plus dollars.
