NOT the KFC we grew up on! As a passenger b4 i realized we were in the drive-through ugh! we got the extra crispy chicken and coleslaw.... the only thing worth eating was the crispy part.. The chicken itself was disgusting it was bland & un-edible! The coleslaw was also bland with a bitter after taste! mashpotatoes are crumbly and dry .. it appears they've gone 100% gmo... its been so long since I've eaten there I had forgotten NOT to eat there ever again! grrrrr

KFC is a decent restaurant with decent chicken, but the service can be so-so. Staff may be out of menu items or forget to include items in your meal. The sides are small, and the gravy is sometimes served with the potatoes, leaving none for the biscuits. However, some staff members, such as Angle, are helpful and go above and beyond. The famous bowls are a highlight, and the drive-thru service is quick and easy. Wheelchair accessibility is also available, with disability parking right in front of the doorway.
