Very rude service from the guy who acted like he was In charge. My family was the only ones there and yet to get our food, it took forever. Then when I asked for the drink, they said oh we didn't charge u for that so we had to pay for the ridiculous slow service to get the drink. Will not b going to that KFC ever again.

The sides are very small portions, the gravy was already in the potatoes which made non for the biscuits!Wheelchair accessibility: Disability parking is right in front of doorway.
went in for dine-in. the three people for staff don't seem like they can handle the drive through and people coming in. also, the smell coming from the bathroom makes you gag as you walk in. didn't stick around to make an order. won't be back to this location again.

Horrible service. We ordered a 3 piece combo, fries, bbq sauce, and mashed potatoes. We got no sauce, no mashed potatoes, extra gravy for no reason, the wrong type of chicken, and NO FRIES WITH NO REFUND. Most horrible fast food joint in the town. Just atrocious.

So-so on the service as they were out of many menu items when I went and then proceeded to forget the biscuits that came with my meal. Overall decent chicken but not a great KFC location based on staff and lack of quality.
This place is awful starting off with the district manager to all the managers in there, I like purchasing from this place since it’s closer to me, but each time it’s more and more disappointing, weather it’s with attitude problems or them being too busy on their cellular phones. But other than that, most of their cashiers are very welcoming !Parking: N/C
Ordered chicken sandwiches the chicken was dry like if they just had it sitting for a long time, the young guy at the window wasn’t friendly at all seemed like he hated his job??♀️ I won’t return to this KFC Location S.Main in Salinas, I will choose a different location next time.

Call me Crazy, but I've been here multiple times and they never disappoint to disappoint me this has to be hands down the worst KFC I have ever been to they have the worst food and I will never go back! It really sucks that I have to go to N. Main or Seaside for good KFC!
Prices have pretty much doubled for all menu items. Won't be eating here much at all anymore.
