The last 3 times we got food from KFC the order is wrong, they never have what you want unless you wait 20 minutes, and the chicken isn't very good. The most recent visit we went through the drive thru and couldn't hear because of feedback, our order was wrong, they didn't have extra crispy chicken, and the nuggets were not cooked all of the way. KFC is a decent restaurant with decent chicken, but the service can be so-so. Staff may be out of menu items or forget to include items in your meal. The sides are small, and the gravy is sometimes served with the potatoes, leaving none for the biscuits. However, some staff members, such as Angle, are helpful and go above and beyond. The famous bowls are a highlight, and the drive-thru service is quick and easy. Wheelchair accessibility is also available, with disability parking right in front of the doorway.
