The last 3 times we got food from KFC the order is wrong, they never have what you want unless you wait 20 minutes, and the chicken isn't very good. The most recent visit we went through the drive thru and couldn't hear because of feedback, our order was wrong, they didn't have extra crispy chicken, and the nuggets were not cooked all of the way. They didn't have Dr. Pepper this time. It's always something. The chicken breasts were fatty and undercooked....

The sides are very small portions, the gravy was already in the potatoes which made non for the biscuits!

So-so on the service as they were out of many menu items when I went and then proceeded to forget the biscuits that came with my meal. Overall decent chicken but not a great KFC location based on staff and lack of quality.
