La Papa is not lying when they say their baked potatoes are MOUTHWATERING!! Their collabs with other small businesses are also ?? The smoked brisket & pulled pork collab with Casa de Humo has to be one of my favorite. Not only that, but their roasted corn topped with cheeto crumbs is also delicious

We had La Papas loaded potatoes at the Alvarado Street Brewery on a nice cold day down in Salinas, late February. The potatoes were enormous, served hot. We went with the Carne asada for our loaded potatoes and they were absolutely delicious! Hopefully, next time we can get the Birria potatoes, as those look just as delicious and the best part, this is a full meal..
