Saturday morning 11/06 arriving @735 an I order through the app a head of time and they are slow customers so I don’t get it why did they lag to get my order I had to get off and get my order myself and not only that when I got my order and I was about to leave There was a missing item

Made an order through the app at 10:45am on Saturday October 25, and by the time I got to the restaurant to pick up my order they told me that they had to cancel my order because they didn’t have the items to make the food. Isn’t the whole point of a mobile order for them to make it and have it ready for the customer to pick it up. Not for the restaurant/workers to start on the order as soon as you get to the restaurant? I haven’t received my $$ back instead I got stupid points. Never again.

Solid experience at this McDonald’s! Food was great, and the service was quick and friendly. The only downside was the long lines, but given the location, that’s understandable. Overall, a reliable spot for a quick meal.

I recently visited this McDonald's location and was very disappointed with the hygiene practices of some of the male employees. I noticed a few workers with visibly dirty hands and untrimmed, unclean fingernails while handling food. It’s unacceptable regardless of whether they're at the register or in the kitchen—cleanliness is essential when working in food service. It left me concerned about overall food safety and whether proper hygiene standards are being enforced. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it promptly.

Stopped at this McDonald’s while traveling from Monterey to Santa Barbara — terrible experience. Restrooms were marked “out of service,” and staff didn’t bother helping us find alternatives. We returned 10 mins later, and suddenly the restrooms were working again. Clearly, they just didn’t want to clean them.
On top of that, our food was cold and the bread was burnt. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Absolutely disappointing — would not recommend this location to anyone.

visited this McDonald's in Williams Rd expecting the usual quick service. I ordered a Bacon Egg McGriddle and a bacon egg McMuffin, specifying that I wanted a round egg on the McGriddle and a folded egg on the McMuffin. Instead, I received round eggs on both. When I politely clarified that there must have been a misunderstanding, the manager dismissed my concerns and even returned the same incorrect order to get my attention. Instead of resolving the issue, she complained that I “always do this.” This unprofessional behavior and refusal to lcorrect a simple order error left me extremely disappointed she did correct it afterwardsbut was hesitant. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

I was trying to get some lunch and dang .. how do you have no one at the drive thru, a bear empty dining and ignore the drive thru, I was the first one at the drive thru and then another car came ... No one to take the order, minutes had passed and I just had to give up and leave. It gets progressively worse as I come to this McDonald's, items being forgotten, long waits for food ordered on the app, and longer and longer waiting times at the drive thru. Whoever thought raising the minute age is an idiot, the employees here get progressively worse, as I glanced in whole leaving I can see them just slacking. C'mon McDonald's do something about this location .
