Breakfast at Black Bear today ( Au g. 25, 2024), party of 6 . There was a small wait , maybe 10 to 15 min, its a good thing - its what happens when you serve delicious food. Our server was Maria. She was very friendly, polite, and did a great job overall. ( * I have more than 10 years experience working in restaurants and bars as a food server, a bartender, and dept. Manager. I know a thing or 2 about this business so you can be reassured my restaurant reviews are honest and reliable. I use my experience and knowledge in writing reviews.). The food was delicious and the portions are generous. I will definitely be back and I definitely recommend the Black Bear Diner. The dishes we ordered ranged in price from $13.95 to $20 ( breakfast, not including beverages). Consider this - a few days ago, I picked up lunch at one of the big chain, drive thru window burger joints - 1 double guacamole bacon cheeseburger combo (with fries and drink) , Large, cost $17.95. compare the price and the size and quality of the food - no comparison , Team Black Bear wins..

I had the Benedict plate. It wasn’t good. Very bland hash browns were potatoes no seasoning. I went with four other people mixed opinions. I rather have gone to dennys. That’s should say a lot.
