This Starbucks used to be really clean, the staff was friendly. This has changed, store is dirty, the couches smell like pee. The staff is not as friendly. Actually, drinks aren't that great either. So sad.
This Starbucks location has plenty of seating inside and outside. There's a wall with flyers posted for information about events in the area. The restroom is detached and inside the building's lobby. You'll need to ask the cashier for the code. Service was good and the egg bites and coffee tasted as expected. The interior had nice decorations for the holidays.

My customer service experience here was excellent. However, there are a few things that could use improvement. The restroom is in another part of the building through a locked lobby that is only sometimes staffed by a security guard. Accessing the restroom is hit or miss. There are power and USB charging outlets under the seats, but many of them charge slowly or don't work at all. If these issues were fixed it would be my favorite Starbucks, because it's conveniently...
