employee was really rude to me in drive thru i asked to scan my starbucks points first and after she came back and i told her was going to pay with apple pay when she told me if i had payed with card i said no i haven’t paid she asked again if i was going to pay with card or cash i said apple pay and she snatched my phone out of my hand aggressively.

I asked if i could add a drink when I got to the window and they told me I cant.
I went on a Sunday, tried to get 3 different drinks and I was told that they ran out.

Had to repeat my self 3 times for them to still put NO WHIP
Drinks need an extra pump to perfection *tale notes* the hot chocolate is a simple drink but taste like milk and a splash of chocolate. Do better Starbucks I’m upset with you guys. Thank you

I went through the drive-through I ordered two drinks two birthday cake pops, I get to the window I pay for my food and then they tell me I only paid for one cake pop and if I wanna pay for another one when I clearly paid for both. I paid with the app, I had to exit the drive-through park my vehicle show them the receipt on the app to get my cake pop, and the guy tells me oh I’m sorry it’s because there’s only one popping up on my side smh.

ordered an iced coffee Saturday night and when I got to the drive thru window they handed me a hot coffee, which was fine because mistakes happen, so I calmly told them that I ordered it iced and the girl that handed it to me (curly black hair with glasses) gave me the nastiest stare as if it were my fault and didn’t say a word…. then she gave me the iced coffee that was the wrong size, but I simply let it go due to her already there attitude.. AND the coffee was watered down. Girl pls find a new job because it’s obvious you do NOT wanna be there lol

Dirty filthy place. They need to clean terrible! 5 people working here at once and couldn't even help us out without giving us attitude for some reason. We were the only customers at the time They do not know how to make drinks properly. This place should go. To many Starbucks in Salinas anyway. Damn burnt coffee is not that good.

Not really a fan of starbucks, but I love their caramel crunch. This place has really nice staff and it's not always crowded.

Horrible service I mobile ordered and it took over 50 minute's to get two drinks and when I tried to speak up I was being ignored. Worst place to get your drinks I recommend going somewhere else but if you can’t order 2 hours ahead because by the time you get there it will still probably not be done

I’ve came here 4 times in total my whole life and all those 4 times it’s been a bad experience. No matter how clear and how many times I repeat myself, they never seem to get my drink right, not to mention that the workers take their sweet time doing the drinks. It’s always packed inside and I’ve had to wait about 10 minutes for an iced water only to get straight faucet water. And let’s not get started on the drive through because the line is always long, mix that up with slow workers and that’s a recipe for disaster. I’ve given them my card to pay (drive thru) for a drink that is around $5.00 only to come to find out I wasted $8.00. I do not recommend as I think they used my card to tip themselves! and I never wanted to tip them, maybe they would get a tip if they did their job right.

Normally everything is great based on my experience. Tonight unfortunately I had ordered 4 drinks and one of them got mixed up with someone else’s order. I realized once i got home and went back only to find out that they had already closed the drive thru lane and the store was already closed. I could not bring it to their attention and now I have something that I dont like.
